ATTORNEY PETER (PEDRAM) JAVANMARDI
Since becoming an attorney in 2008, Peter has dedicated his practice to representing employees who have been wronged by their employers. Peter works tirelessly for his clients and has handled cases from beginning to end including trial, arbitration, and appeal. Peter spent the first five years of his career at a boutique employment law firm where he was able to get very crucial hands-on experience with litigation, trial, and appellate work. Since starting Javanmardi Law in 2014, Peter has obtained multiple 7-figure verdicts and settlements as well as an 8-figure verdict in June 2017. The June 2017 verdict in the Moland v. McWane, Inc. matter was the largest race discrimination verdict in California. Peter has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Chapman School of Law where he teaches a Civil Procedure Lab for the first-year law students.
